The Atheistic evolution, better known as the “Big Lie,” is man’s way of suppressing the truth while running from God. Most assuredly, God in his perfect timing will expose the falsehood of this present-day dogma. Dr. Werner Van Braun, the father of space science stated, “The vast mysteries of the universe only confirm our belief in the certainty of its Creator.”
By contrast, atheist Madalyn Murray O’Hair, along with her son, lived and died most despicable lives, undoubtedly comprehending at life’s end where their willful blindness had led them. World-renowned French philosopher Michael Martin stated that more than one and a half billion Christians can’t be wrong. Fellow skeptic Patrick Glynn followed by saying, “There is no good reason for any intelligent person to embrace the illusion of atheism or agnosticism and to make the same mistakes that I did. I denounce atheism and only wish that I had known what I know now.” Another celebrated apostate, Bertrand Russell, proclaimed, “Unless one assumes God, life’s purpose becomes meaningless.” I could go on and on.
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, repeatedly warned the Pharisees and unbelievers of the one unpardonable sin: unbelief and the rejection of God’s grace. Deniers of our Creator God and the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ will one day be faced with the undeniable truth. Psalms 14:1 says it well, “The fool hath said in his heart, there is no God.”
What a ridiculous article, I can’t believe someone thinks these ridiculous arguments are valid:
- Dr. Werner Van Braun, the father of space science stated, “The vast mysteries of the universe only confirm our belief in the certainty of its Creator.”
I could quote 5 Darwinian scientists for every 1 I.D. scientist. Lets not also forget that religion vigorously controlled scientists findings for literally thousands of years.
- Theist Madalyn Murray O’Hair, along with her son, lived and died most despicable lives, undoubtedly comprehendingat life’s end where their willful blindness had led them.
This is probably the most disgusting and sickening point I’ve heard in awhile. Commenting on how Mrs. Murray the founder of American Atheists who was murdered for her beliefs in 1995 somehow deserved that fate.
- World-renowned French philosopher Michael Martin stated that more than one and a half billion Christians can’t be wrong. Fellow skeptic Patrick Glynn followed by saying, “There is no good reason for any intelligent person to embrace the illusion of atheism or agnosticism.
The easiest argument of all to disprove. “One and a half billion Christians can’t be wrong” what about, “One billion Smokers can’t be wrong” or the famous McDonald’s slogan”Over 99 billion served” What a ridiculous pile of bullshit. (No offense to smokers or fatties.)

It may seem like I’m picking solely on Christianity but I assure you, I have contempt for all religions.

I agree with you that a lot of religious people are crazy; I don’t think anyone questions that. But to attack religion in general is in my opinion unnecessary.
I believe that Christianity in general does more good than harm, not because I am a Christian, but because of the charitable programs that churches run.
I am a Christian, but do I attack atheists? Nope, I respect your right to not believe in a deity.
As a libertarian, I strongly believe in an individual’s right to freely practice (or not practice) the religion of their choice so long as they do not infringe on the rights of others.

@Matt
I agree with %99 of your post.
Except for the attacking of religion part ;).
I myself feel that some people have to point out the ridiculousness of religion or people will just see religious hypocrisy as infallible.
Btw as a Libertarian its nice seeing so many of my brethren coming to the site.

i dont understand why they insist that we should believe in god. i mean are they deliberately in denial? its pretty clear this is the most fabricated, biased piece of horse shit ive ever read. or maybe theyre those capitalistic ones which are interested in your wallet.
i mean isnt it a little ironic that this almighty god of theirs can be perfect, love us with all his heart and yet simultaneously condemn you to an eternity in hell because you dont think he exists?
fuck i hate religious people. intolerant swine who believe in ancient texts and kill others over it despite never once hearing, seeing, or smelling this god they so deeply cherish. the christian is the forever victim “oh we’re being persecuted for our beliefs.” and then come tomorrow’s headlines: non-believer dies miserable death/ gays are abominations/ must kill islamist extremists (irony)/ we need more god in school and government.

I have no use for any religion per se. If there were no Christians, Muslims or Jews etc. each with their individual versions of the same fairy tale, 90% of the world’s conflicts would disappear overnight. That in itself should be enough for any thinking person to realize we are on the wrong track altogether. If there were a God, he would have been back to fix this mess by now if he was as “all seeing, all-knowing” as he is supposed to be. What an embarrassment in the 21st century. I can see it in the middle east and other third world societies but the US?

@ sheema
I slightly disagree with the 90% of conflicts would be disappear.
But I wholeheartedly agree that the US needs to awake from its Evangelical daze. Before we find ourselves in a holy war, that both sides seem all to willing to accommodate.
